WebPart.IsClosed Property

Note: This property is new in the .NET Framework version 2.0.

Gets a value that indicates whether a WebPart control is currently closed on a Web Parts page.

Property Value

A Boolean value that indicates whether the control is closed.

A WebPart control that is closed is not rendered on the page and does not participate in page events. However, it is maintained in a page catalog by the Web Parts application, and can be added back to the page by users if the appropriate user interface (UI) is provided. For more information, see AllowClose.
